Technical Project Manager

At this time of writing I have been “demoted” to technical project manager.

I did some project management in the past and I did not really enjoy that experience, however at this site the project management is quite fun. The team I work with makes all the difference compared to the past, also the culture of this site is very different.

I guess project management is a viable option for me again, it’s just a matter of the right site for it to be enjoyable to me.

The project I am running is designing and implementing an Enterprise Service Bus and additional components for the bus like queueing. For the ESB we use Mule and for queuing functionality we use Oracle Advanced Queueing.

I’m glad to say we are near completion of the project within the set time frame.
